You consign your van for one reason: You want to sell your van for the best price as quickly as possible! Creative Controls, Inc.'s philosophy is to sell and consign vans that fit your niche (wheelchair accessible conversion vans) that are of excellent or superior quality At a fair market retail value.

WE ASK ALL CONSIGNORS FOR THESE COMMITMENTS:

1. Consignor to deliver the van to us cosmetically detailed, including engine compartment and interior.(Creative Controls, Inc. can provide this service for you).
2. Consignor to deliver the van to us mechanically sale-ready. (Creative Controls, Inc. can coordinate this service for you).
3. Consignor to be prepared to sell the van for true market value (not an unrealistic price).

The term of our consignment contract is 60 days. We structure in this manner because we advertise in many local, regional, and national publications in which it may take up to several weeks just to secure an advertisement. However, in many cases we sell the van within a few days.

FEES:
Our fee structure is figured at a predetermined net figure to consignor.

If you are looking to buy a van and plan to use Creative Controls, Inc. as a means to both
buy and sell your vehicle, we can save you the sales tax on the net difference.

APPRAISALS:
We can appraise your van and tell you what it is realistically worth in today's market,
both wholesale and retail.

TRADES:
70% of buyers have cars or vans to trade. We welcome all trades'
